I along with my partner Erica Jolles, YOUR Realtors for Life, are committed to understanding your wants and needs, continuously communicating with you and being a reliable and skilled representative in helping you buy or sell your dream home. We understand everyone has different dreams and we work with you to determine what's most important to you. With my experience as a buyer for a national store, I am able to use these skills to help in the negotiation process as well as home staging to showcase your home in its best light. My writing background helps me promote your home through professional communications both on line and in other mediums.
I graduate with highest honors from the University of Florida with a degree in Public Relations in 1992 and have lived in Jacksonville most of my life. I have been in Real Estate since 2002 after leaving my buying career at Stein Mart, and before that The Home Shopping Network and Dillard's. Recently my family relocated from the Mandarin area to St. Johns County. My family's recent experience as both buyer and seller gives me an empathy for my clients that really helps us connect. We chose to relocate to St. Johns County for the school system and quality of life it affords us. In addition to Real Estate, I am involved in the PTO at my children's school as the Wellness Committee co-chair. I am also an active and involved member at The Jacksonville Jewish Center leading a playgroup, serving on the membership committee and coordinating programming for the Green Faith Initiative - an interfaith organization whose mission is to reduce our carbon footprint and take better care of the Earth. Previous to this, I have volunteered with Pine Forest and The Martin J. Gottlieb Day Schools PTAs as well as The Jacksonville Jewish Center Preschool. I have also volunteered with United Way, USA Harvest, Pediatric Hospice, Hadassah, B'nai B'rith and B'nai B'rith Youth Organization and the Jacksonville Jewish Center Sisterhood.
